Product introductions:
PVC-O, Chinese name of biaxial oriented PVC, is the latest evolution of PVC pipe form.  It is made of pipes by special orientation processing technology. The PVC-U pipe produced by extrusion method is axial and radial stretching, so that the PVC long chain molecules in the pipe are arranged in biaxial order, and a new type of PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, high impact resistance and fatigue resistance is obtained.

Production principle:

1. Tensile orientation mechanism of polymer materials.

The tensile orientation process of polymer materials is the process of molecules from disordered arrangement to ordered arrangement under the action of external forces under the temperature conditions between the glass transition temperature and the melting temperature (generally near the softening point).

1. Ratio and stretching rate.

Stretch orientation is the straightening and alignment of curly molecular chains in the direction of stretch.

1. Biaxial drawing of PVC-U pipe.

PVC is an amorphous amorphous plastic. Biaxial tensile orientation, through the biaxial tensile orientation, not only increases the axial strength of the pipe, but also increases the radial (that is, circumferential) strength of the pipe.
